Maths Notation

$$ \frac{dx'}{dt}(\rho,t)\Big|_{t=0} = 0 \hspace{3cm} (3.4) $$ $$ \frac{dx'}{dt}(\rho,t_0) = 0 \hspace{3cm} (3.4) $$
